I've been training and helping people improve their health and well-being for well over a decade and pride myself on having a wealth of experience which not only includes working as a personal trainer but also as a rehabilitation instructor in the NHS. I was lucky enough to feature in the BBC series ‘Lose Weight and Get Fit with Tom Kerridge’ earlier this year which was one of the best experiences of my life, and I'm absolutely chuffed to bits to be invited to attend RunFestRun!
